QuickBooks Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Laminar Research QuickBooks Online integration and supplements our general privacy policy.

When a business connects its QuickBooks Online company to Laminar Research, we access that company's accounting data with read-only permission, solely to provide that business's private finance assistant.

• We read accounting records such as transactions, vendors, customers, jobs, bills, invoices and attached documents. We never write to, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks.
• The data is stored on infrastructure we operate, in a server dedicated to that business. It is not combined with any other customer's data.
• We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or send it to third-party AI or analytics services.
• Access is limited to the business's authorized users and to Laminar Research staff for support and maintenance.
• A business may disconnect at any time from QuickBooks or by contacting us. We then delete the synced data within 30 days, or sooner on request.
